My name is Vincenzo and I am an Italian architect. My professional interests are mainly aimed at architectural and urban design, as well as interior design in the residential sector. In recent years I have approached the topic of Social Housing as I believe it can be a tool for urban, social and environmental redevelopment. In Italy as in other European countries, the economic crisis has contributed to increasing the demand for residence which is not matched with an economically viable solution for those families of the so-called grey belt that cannot access public housing and who are not they have enough capital to access the free market. In Italy the Social Housing sector is underdeveloped and dedicated to this issue would mean for me a promoter of a new way of thinking about the real estate sector focused on social and environmental rather than speculative policies.
